Why uploads fall short
- An upload is a snapshot; the answer is stale by the next rent roll
- Spreadsheets lose the context QTR adds: mapped accounts, concessions kept apart from rent, current versus past residents
- An uploaded file has no permissions, so anyone with the chat sees everything in it
- Nothing the chat finds becomes tracked work
