Privacy Notice

Version 1.1. This Notice covers the public site, accounts, customer workspaces, onboarding, support, and product use.

Our role

QTR decides how to use public-site, account, acceptance, security, and direct-support information. For information a subscriber uploads to its workspace, QTR generally acts as that subscriber’s processor or service provider.

If a request concerns information placed in QTR by a housing provider or another subscriber, contact that organization first. QTR will assist it as required by the Subscriber Agreement and law.

Information we handle

We may handle business contact and account details; authentication identifiers; workspace roles and assignments; agreement acceptance records; onboarding, support, and feedback messages; browser, IP address, device, usage, error, performance, and audit information; and Subscriber-selected property, financial, lease, resident, ledger, vendor, employee, work-order, debt, tax, insurance, and reporting records.

QTR does not collect payment details unless an account owner separately chooses paid access. If QTR offers paid access, the payment provider will handle full card details under its own terms; QTR does not need or intend to store them.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure QTR; administer accounts and access; document agreement acceptance; configure and operate workspaces; import, reconcile, analyze, display, retain, and delete Customer Data; generate reports and enabled AI-assisted outputs; provide support; prevent abuse; investigate incidents; improve reliability; enforce the Subscriber Agreement; and comply with law.

For Customer Data, the Subscriber Agreement and subscriber instructions limit QTR’s use.

AI-assisted features

When a subscriber enables an AI feature, QTR may send a limited evidence packet or selected content through OpenRouter to a configured model provider, which may include Google or OpenAI depending on the feature. QTR seeks to limit data to what the task needs. AI output may be inaccurate and requires human review.

QTR does not authorize Customer Data to train a general-purpose model for unrelated third parties unless the subscriber separately agrees in writing.

Providers and disclosures

Depending on enabled features, QTR uses providers for production hosting, network delivery and security, authentication, transactional email, AI routing and model processing, and public property or market-data retrieval. Current examples include Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google Firebase, Resend, OpenRouter, configured providers such as Google or OpenAI, and providers such as Bright Data.

We may disclose information to authorized subscriber users, professional advisers, transaction counterparties under confidentiality, or when required by law or needed to protect the Services. QTR does not sell personal information or use Customer Data for third-party targeted advertising.

Browser technologies

QTR and its authentication and network providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security, preferences, session continuity, and delivery. QTR does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising pixels.

Retention and deletion

QTR normally keeps account and Customer Data after access is canceled or deactivated so the customer can reactivate without starting over. QTR also keeps acceptance, security, support, and legal records as reasonably needed to operate QTR, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

A verified account owner may request deletion at [email protected]. After verifying identity and authority, QTR will delete Customer Data from active systems within 30 days. Protected backups may retain copies until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle. QTR does not promise a post-cancellation data export.

Security and rights

QTR uses reasonable safeguards designed for the Services, including authenticated access, company scoping, role-based permissions, transport security, protected administrative access, logging, and backups. No service is perfectly secure. Users should protect credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.

Depending on applicable law and QTR’s role, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions. Send requests to [email protected]. QTR may verify identity and authority and will not discriminate against someone for exercising a privacy right.

Children, changes, and contact

QTR is a U.S. business service for authorized users age 18 or older. It is not directed to children. Do not submit children’s personal information or international data requiring a transfer mechanism without QTR’s written approval.

QTR may update this Notice and will post a new effective date. A new notice does not itself authorize a materially different use that requires consent. Contact Lift Real Estate, LLC, doing business as QTR Analytics, at [email protected].
